I cannot hear room audio
Check your device volume and network connection, then close and reopen the room. If the issue continues, contact us with the room title.
Camera, microphone, or photos are unavailable
Open the app's Permissions screen or iOS Settings and allow access for the feature you want to use.
I am not receiving reminders
Confirm that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings and that Room Reminders are enabled in your profile.
